FUNCTION: We are looking for a cyber executive assistant for our organisation. As a cyber executive assistant, you will be a part of our intelligent and growing team of cybersecurity professionals helping to support their high performing projects, learning about new cybersecurity opportunities, staying up to date with cybersecurity occurrences and events, and administration of our communication and media platforms. You will support a variety of projects performed at our cybersecurity centre and act as the first point of contact for our organisation. Your role will focus on support and administration of projects and new opportunities, as well as creating real-time and original writeups/contents, managing posts, and conveying our voice/response to our internal team and potential clients. You will manage our image, handle our media presence, monitor potential clients’ engagement’, and creatively express our organisation’s views to achieve our business goals. As a cyber executive assistant, we will offer you a great opportunity to use and expand your knowledge and experience. You will determine your training program in consultation with your manager. We offer a wide variety of internal training as well as frequently chosen training such as ITIL, PRINCE2, TOGAF, and PMP.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A background in consulting, advisory, or technology support
• Strong understanding of team support and marketing strategies and concepts
• Experience in determining potential clients and how to create unique content or campaigns to capture their attention
• Experience in matter management and complex diary management
• Basic knowledge in industry security practices (such as OWASP), cybersecurity regulations (such as GDPR and NGPR), and any security solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity occurrences, technologies, best practices, potential client’s preferences, and businesses with outstanding initiative and proactive approach
• Interest in cybersecurity and related industry regulations, as well as emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence
• Strong presentation, teamwork, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and Google analytics
• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• Experience in (social) media and content management, as well as drafting and amending correspondence for team support and enhancing brand consistencies
• Support development of cybersecurity education newsletter – learning and development
• Create actionable plans to grow the number of clients with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), as well as articulating security news to the cybersecurity team
• Ability to work under pressure of time and ambition for self-development

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A tertiary qualification
• Industry certifications like ITIL, PRINCE2, TOGAF, and PMP. Business or marketing certifications are added advantage
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications, as well as Microsoft SharePoint and Teams, and Adobe suites
• Professional certification in Google Analytics is an added advantage
